Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Kamikaze II Mid ”Herringbone” is something with fall in mind. We have always known Reebok as the Athlete's brand. But this time we wanted to add a bit more sophisticated look to Shawn Kemps classic basketball shoe. The Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Kamikaze II ”Herringbone” has an upper in a herringbone patterned wool, tonal across the whole shoe. To that we added a bone colored leather and mid- and outsole to match. Of course we offer extra laces so you really can get it toned down. The SNS logo is embossed on the heel, and tonal Reebok vector in front. Cue falling leaves and crisp air.

Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Court Victory Pump ”Crayfish Party”

The Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Court Victory Pump ”Crayfish Party” takes inspiration from a classic Swedish party tradition where Swedes get together and eat Crayfish, sing funny songs and drink.

There used to be a law in Sweden that only allowed the harvest of Crayfish during a few weeks in August. As Crayfish has been a delicacy for Swedes for over 500 years it has grown a tradition to celebrate that short period of the time with a huge party. The Crayfish is boiled in dill and salt and enjoyed alongside various spirits. The Crayfish party is usually decorated with specific lamps with patterns similar to the sunny face that you can find on the Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Court Victory Pump.

The shoe, originally released in 1990 and endorsed by Michael Chang has an upper of smooth tumbled signal orange leather, a white midsole with orange speckles. Insoles with Crayfish party pattern, and the SNS logo embossed on the heel. It comes equipped with one set of white laces, one set of orange laces and one set of crayfish party laces.

Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Pump Fury ”Popsicle”

The Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Pump Fury ”Popsicle” is Sneakersnstuff’s tribute to the Swedish summertime. As a Swede, this is pretty much what you live for. After months of almost complete darkness, Sweden is now filled with light. And in some parts of Sweden, during a few weeks, the sun never sets at all. And just as it can get really cold during the winter time, it will get nice and warm during the summer. And when it is warm outside, you need ice cream. And there is nothing that will cool you down like a nice ice pop.

Ice pops can come in many different shapes and variations. Back in the 80s, we had a classic ice pop called X-15 here in Sweden. It had three different flavors of fruit all in one ice pop. And as we grew up during that era it has stuck in our mind even though it is now longer available. So, in order to celebrate the Swedish summer we took the colors from that classic X-15 ice pop, and put it on the classic Reebok Pump Fury (aka Insta Pump Fury) from 1993 to make that perfect 80s vs 90s clash.

Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Kamikaze II Mid ”Polkagris”

The Reebok x Sneakersnstuff Kamikaze II Mid ”Polkagris” takes its inspiration from a great Swedish entrepreneur Amalia Eriksson, who back in the 1850's cooked up this delicious mint flavoured candy in an attempt to cure her daughters cold. The candy known in Sweden as Polkagris (Polka pig) has ever since become popular all over the world.

Back in 1989 when Bobby Brown was singing about his prerogative and Tone Loc was talking about Wild Things, Shawn Kemp came into the NBA at just 19 years of age and very rapidly got famous for his explosiveness on the court. As the name tells you, the Reebok Kamikaze II was the Reignmans second signature shoe and first came out in 1995, and we are very proud to have been able to work on such an epic sneaker.

To really get that Polkagris feeling on the Reebok x Sneakersnstuff Kamikaze II Mid we of course went with a pretty obvious white and red color combination, but also coating it to give the whole shoe a bit of a marbeled effect - just as a proper Polkagris.

Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Question Mid "A shoe about nothing"

Over the years we have been blessed to do various collaborations. Most of the times we have tried to come up with a story, or we would have an inspiration behind the shoes. Something that means something to us, or to you. This year you have seen the Thinsulated Classic Leather for your cold January days, the 3M DMX Run 10 for your dark February nights, the Crocus to represent Swedish spring and the Legal Issues where we were inspired by our favorite Swedish Author. And you will see a lot of other stuff for the rest of the year with a clear inspiration.

But for this May release of the Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Question Mid - we drew a blank. We liked the color combination and that's it. And we have tried to come up with a story after we did the shoe. But nothing comes up. We just think It's a nice looking shoe, and we hope you will do too.
